Kelvin has 28 years of telecommunications sales and management experience. He managed Sales teams for 2 Tier 1 telecommunications providers. He was instrumental in growing a nationwide channel revenue stream with $200,000 monthly recurring revenue as Tier 2 provider in less then 3 years for voice, video, data, SD-WAN and cloud security products. Major Account Rep for premise-based PBX provider, selling networking equipment, software solutions and security products. He created retail and wholesale channel partner program which increased company revenue significantly.
Kelvin was also responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining vendors nationwide to sell Dialect products and services. Cultivated secondary partnerships with data providers to create a reciprocal program that offered Dialect services to their partners and their services to ours. Created and performed sales and product training for all partners that included web and on-site training. Recently he created a joint venture that secured $600,000 of wholesale recurring unified communications revenue at peak.
